Dustin Matthews is the founder and CEO of People United Productions, a multi-talented creator with extensive experience as an actor, screenwriter, author, rapper, college professor, and career counselor. Driven by a deep passion for collaboration, Dustin founded People United Productions to bring together the creative talents of his community, allowing artists to work collectively on larger, more impactful projects.Having witnessed many artists struggle to pursue their dreams independently, Dustin envisioned a business venture where contributing creators benefit from shared success. From acting classes and workshops to film production and distribution, People United serves as a one-stop shop for bringing creative visions to life.As a lifelong learner and inspiring teacher, Dustin is dedicated to making People United a hub for talent development, supporting creators of all backgrounds. The company's mission is to produce high-quality short films, feature-length films, and TV series, while empowering every contributor to thrive creatively and financially.
Lee Ross
SCREENWriter, Producer, Screenwriting coach
Lee Ross began his career as a mime in front of the Metropolitan Museum on Fifth Avenue before moving to Paris for further movement theater studies, eventually landing him the lead clown role in Cirque du Soleil’s hit show Saltimbanco.
As a screenwriter Lee’s first feature, Downloading Nancy, went to Sundance with Maria Bello & Jason Patric in 2008, directed by the Emmy winner of HBO Chernobyl. Since then Lee has written and produced a half dozen award winning short films as well as his second feature, a dark comedy, Benjamin Troubles.
Currently, Lee has several projects in development, including director John Leonetti, attached to Concrete Jungle, 2025. Lee Ross is also the owner of Mimebox Studios. www.mimebox.net

Solomon Davis
Actor, Acting CoacH
Solomon was an ensemble member at Unexpected Productions, Seattle’s premier improv theater, and served as the director of improv at Taproot Theatre. He successfully established the “Art of Comedy” summer program at Taproot Theatre, growing it from one class to four sold-out sessions in just a few years . A professional main-stage actor, Solomon has performed with Book-It Repertory Theatre, Taproot Theatre, and Emerald City Scene. He toured with his acclaimed one-person show, "Remember Being Born?" and taught theatre and improv acting at the prestigious Northwest School. As an early member of 88 Improv Omaha, he developed a profound passion for blending artistic expressions and nurturing community through collaborative arts. Currently, he teaches improv acting at IDC in Fairfield, Iowa, while also offering open sessions, private lessons, and corporate workshops through his new company, Vibrant Pathways LLC.
Evan Kimball Plochmann
FILM MAKER
Evan Kimball Plochmann is a filmmaker who’s passionate about exploring every part of the creative process—from writing scripts to shooting, editing, sound design, and directing. He’s worked on over 300 projects, wearing many hats and loving every step of the journey.He’s also had the chance to work with some great corporate clients, doing everything from advertising to photography. In the U.S, he runs Production 1 studio, a commercial production company and International Sales Agency. Over the years, he has worked with clients such as Huawei, Dentsu, Microsoft, and many startups.In 2017, he co-founded New Biotech, a Sci-Fi IP company. His script Where Emperors Go to Die was a finalist at ten festivals and even won the Grand Prize at the Oscar-qualifying Flicker Festival. From this success, he was invited to the David Lynch Screenwriting program at the Maharishi International University. After graduation he took the role of Program Director in the undergrad Cinematic Arts program, and began to work on combining creativity with meditation.Right now, he is diving into some exciting projects such as a comic series for his IP Blood Lungs and producing a feature film called Boof Rock. Both projects aim to develop his own form of cinema called Transcendental Filmmaking, which blends different styles and perspectives to reflect our consciousness—dreams, waking moments, and imagination all coming together in a unique way.
